All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Custom orders and gift-wrapping services are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days from the time your order is placed.
For bulk gifting and customized commissions, timelines may vary based on complexity. We will always communicate clearly and promptly.
If your gift is time-sensitive, we invite you to contact us directly. We will do our very best to accommodate expedited needs or special delivery requests.

Shipping Fees

Bulk orders and custom gifting projects are charged at actual carrier rates.
Standard products are shipped for a flat fee of $9 anywhere in the US, added at checkout.
For our local clients in-studio pick-up is available by appointment. Our team will ensure your gift is presented beautifully and ready for its moment.

Once your shipment is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your order at any time using the link provided.
